Adding the Launch Link HTML is the first step to connecting with your site visitors. The launch link displays an image which lets the user know a representative of your company is available to assist them. When they click the link, the AskUsChat chat client will launch. If nobody is available, the image will change the visitor will be sent to a leave a message form if they click the link.

The Launch Link HTML is specific to your account, it is displayed when you first signup and always available through the administrative web panel.

Once the HTML is added to each page, installing the Control Center will allow you to see site visitors and respond to chat requests.
